To demonstrate our commitment to health and wellbeing, Spectrum is hosting a workforce Wellness Programme as part of the Wakefield District Health and Care Partnership.

This Programme supporst health and social care staff across the Partnership in boosting their physical and mental health. Each Wellness Check includes:

  • A 1:1 appointment with our trained Health and Wellbeing Coach
  • A series of simple tests (including blood pressure and Body Mass Index)
  • A personalised Health Report and links to organisations that can help you on your health journey

Anyone can benefit from a Wellness Check – whether you’re looking to make long-term changes or would just like a few simple tips on adopting a healthier lifestyle.

How to book an appointment

To book your Health and Wellbeing Check, sign up using our online form. A member of our Health and Wellbeing team will be in touch to book your appointment, and we will then email you a pre-assessment Wellbeing Questionnaire. When you answer this, please be as honest as you can – your data will be kept confidential and the more accurate you can be, the more we can tailor our advice and support.
