North Yorkshire Horizons

North Yorkshire Horizons is the substance misuse service for the county of North Yorkshire, providing  free, confidential services for individuals and families affected by drugs or alcohol.

When you first make contact with North Yorkshire Horizons, our team will conduct an initial assessment of your situation and healthcare needs. You will then receive a dedicated Key Worker, who will support you through your treatment and help you develop a tailored recovery plan.

Please note: In response to the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), North Yorkshire Horizons is currently providing telephone appointments in an effort to reduce face-to-face contact. Please DO NOT come into clinic directly – if you need support, call your local service first to arrange a telephone consultation. Thank you.
