Health for Teens | Health for Teens introduces a new and different way for young people aged 11-19 to learn about their health. |
Kooth | Counsellors available until 10pm every day. Free, safe and anonymous online counselling for young people. Check whether this is offered in your area. |
NSPCC | National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children |
NHS Go | NHS app with confidential health advice and support for 16–25 year olds. |
Rise Above | New website from Public Health England for secondary aged young people where they can find inspiring and useful stories, videos, games and advice. It includes issues around drug and alcohol use, relationships and sex education, body image, emotional health and wellbeing. |
Safeline | Young people’s helpline, helping survivors of sexual abuse and rape. |
Talk about alcohol | Talk about alcohol is written and managed by a charity called The Alcohol Education Trust (AET). The charity provides engaging evaluated and fun activities for 11-18 year olds across the UK, trains teachers and reaches out to parents. All their work is around keeping young people safe around alcohol. |
