In a healthy relationship, you should feel safe and respected. If you find yourself in a sexual situation with a partner, you should feel comfortable in saying yes OR no. It’s important to remember that you always have a right to say no to any form of sex or sexual activity – and/or to withdraw your consent – at any time. Nobody should ever do something to you without your full consent.
Sexual consent is when you agree to be involved in anything sexual without feeling pressured, scared or drunk. It can include sex, touching, taking pictures or any sexual activity.
