NHS England is conducting a survey to evaluate HIV services within the Wakefield district and Dewsbury. The purpose of the survey is to obtain the views of people who use HIV services within these areas and then to take these views on board as much as possible.

During the survey questions will be asked about the HIV service that is currently provided by Mid Yorkshire Hospital Trust. This will enable NHS England to gain an understanding about the things that are important to patients in the delivery of their HIV care.

If you use HIV services in Wakefield district or Dewsbury, you can attend one of the focus groups outlined below or fill in the questionnaire available at: https://www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/7c33c672
