The Inspiring Recovery service was inspected by the Care Quality Commission in two separate visits throughout September.
Care Quality inspectors visited the Central clinic at Grosvenor House on 12 and 13 September, speaking to staff, partners and service users to assess the quality of care we provide. The CQC is the official health and social care regulator for England, measuring services against five fundamental standards to see that they are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Care Quality inspections are Spectrum’s chance to shine, and to showcase the best of what we do and the impact our services make on patients in Wakefield.
Care Quality Inspectors also visited local Inspiring Recovery hubs in Castleford during their tour, and conducted the second part of their inspection on Monday 19 September.
