Our centre provides 1st, 2nd and third dose (‘booster’) vaccinations from 8.15am – 7.30pm (Monday – Thursday and Sunday) and from 8.15am – 3pm (Friday and Saturday). Please wear a face covering when you attend.

COVID Booster Roll-Out Speeds Up

As part of the national effort to protect people against the Omicron COVID-19 variant, the NHS is working to offer everyone aged 18 and over the chance to book a COVID-19 booster vaccine. Online bookings opened to everyone aged 18 and over on Wednesday 15th December.

Like other vaccination centres across the Wakefield area, our staff are working around the clock to vaccinate our communities as quickly as possible. If you can, please book an appointment rather than walking in – this will help to reduce the time you may have to wait at the centre. Book online at www.nhs.uk/covidvaccine or by calling 119.
