We work in partnership with a range of organisations to give you an all-round and comprehensive sexual health service.

The Local charity for women, by women. The Well Women Centre provides women with free counselling for health, relationships and emotional issues as well as complimentary therapies, health information and personal development courses.
We provide a variety of services for women of all ages. Sexual Health and relationship services include:
Counselling
- Pregnancy and abortion counselling. Unbiased support/information if you’re considering a termination.
- Counselling after a termination.
Groups and Courses
- Relationships and staying safe for young women.
- Self Esteem and assertiveness for young women.
- Menopause support.
The Freedom Programme: looking at controlling behaviour in relationships.

The Marie Stopes Early Medical unit, based in Wakefield, provides unplanned pregnancy, STI and contraception advice, along with early medical termination. The service also has a clinic in Leeds for women who want to opt for a surgical termination. The service also provides a 24 hour service, 365 days a year. Women can refer themselves to the service through the Marie Stopes International Booking Line: 0845 300 8090.

Yorkshire MESMAC is the HIV prevention charity in Wakefield District. This free, confidential and flexible service is open to everyone regardless of gender, sexuality and ethnicity. For advice and one to one support on sexual health, sexuality, including chemsex, sexual risk reduction, PrEP and PEP, please call 01924 211 116, text Tom on 07551 159 564 or email wakefield@mesmac.co.uk. We offer free counselling, free condoms and lube (by post), supply LGB&T* and African venues with our Safer Sex packs and access to LGB&T* or HIV+ people’s social groups.

Begin is the HIV Support charity for People Living with and Affected by HIV in Wakefield District. Begin offers a free and strictly confidential support service, open to all regardless of gender and sexuality, including:
- One to one support (at home or in Wakefield City Centre)
- Support and activity groups
- Counselling (for singles or couples)
- Formula milk and milk sterilising equipment for newborn babies up to one year old
- Advocacy (when you want a bit of support getting what you want with professionals)
- Information, advice and guidance, especially on talking to friends/partners/children about HIV, and how to live well with HIV
- Access to grants if you are struggling financially
- Positive Self Management workshops
- HIV Awareness Workshops and training available to professionals

BPAS provides unplanned pregnancy advice and support, NHS-funded termination of pregnancy services, STI testing and contraception advice and supply. Clinics are in Leeds City Centre and Doncaster.
