Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Here in the Wakefield district, the scheme is delivered in partnership between Spectrum CIC and Wakefield Council.

Following the success of an initial pilot scheme, we’re pleased to be able to extend the scheme across the district to families who have a baby born after 1 September 2019, in the following areas:

-Airedale

-Ferry Fryston

-Castleford Central

-Knottingley

-Pontefract South and North

Registration is open to babies aged 0 – 2 years old.

All books in the Imagination Library are high quality and age appropriate, having been carefully selected by a panel of experts in early childhood literacy and reading.

Books are sent free in the post every month – personally addressed to your child, until their fourth birthday.
